Payment and cancellation
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and the subscription does not renew.
Do you give refunds?
Because access to digital content begins immediately after payment, fees already paid are not refunded, except where a refund is mandatory under applicable law or where we cannot provide the Service due to our own fault.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, it renews at the end of each period until you cancel. You can see the renewal date on your account page.
Who takes the payment, is there tax?
Payments are taken by Creem, the Merchant of Record, which also issues the invoice. Prices are in USD; tax for your country is added on the checkout page and shown before you pay. We never see your card details.
What happens when Pro ends?
Your account goes back to the Free plan. Your scores, badges, course progress and certificates you earned stay.
Prices exclude tax; local tax for your country is added at checkout. Replaying a finished simulation does not count towards your quota.
